Oven Baked Jalapeno Poppers
I probably shouldn’t admit how many of these oven baked jalapeno poppers our family eats at one meal, but they are seriously addicting. After all, you have to see if the next one is as hot as the last!
Be sure to make some Mexican Rice to cool you down between bites.
Oven Baked Jalapeno Poppers
Ingredients
- jalapeno peppers
- cream cheese
- cheddar cheese grated
- fresh parmesan or mozarella cheese grated (optional)
Instructions
- Wearing gloves, slice each jalapeno in half length-wise, removing seeds and stem.
- Using a table knife, spread cream cheese into the open half of each jalapeno.
- Place stuffed jalapenos in glass pan, cream cheese side up.
- Sprinkle jalapenos with grated cheeses.
- Bake at 375 until cheeses are golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
