We recently found this recipe for Authentic Mexican Rice (Arroz Rojo) from Stella of Stellanspice. It’s become a favorite side to go with tacos or enchiladas!

It pairs beautifully with Colache (and looks amazing in our Staub Cast Iron Tomato Cocotte).
