Cast Iron Fruit Cobbler

This cast iron fruit cobbler has not one but two secret ingredients–and usually no one can guess them. They both start with a C: chamomile and curry! (Don’t worry, you can’t taste the curry. But you can leave it out if you’d prefer.)

We’ve tried many variations and combinations of farm-fresh fruit with this recipe–they’re all delicious. Frozen fruit works, too!

  • apricot blueberry
  • blueberry peach
  • pear bluerry
  • apple blackberry
  • berry pluot

Our youngest was incredibly frustrated when we needed to take photos of this cobbler before eating it. “You could take photos of an empty pan!” was her suggestion.

We know you’ll love Chef Jaime Laurita’s recipe so much you’ll want to empty the pan, too: Blueberry Peach Cast Iron Cobbler with Rosemary & Chamomile Sugar.
