We accidentally discovered this new way to cook beets. The kids loved them, and so did the company who doesn’t like beets!
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Remove tops and roots of beets.
- Peel beets with carrot peeler.
- Cut beets into julienne strips.
- Toss with olive oil and sea salt.
- Spread on nonstick sheet pan liner.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
- Broil for one minute or until desired crispness.
