Beet Fries

We accidentally discovered this new way to cook beets. The kids loved them, and so did the company who doesn’t like beets!

Beet Fries

Ingredients

  • Beets
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  • Remove tops and roots of beets.
  • Peel beets with carrot peeler.
  • Cut beets into julienne strips.
  • Toss with olive oil and sea salt.
  • Spread on nonstick sheet pan liner.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
  • Broil for one minute or until desired crispness.
